This service complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan and handles personal information appropriately.

This service collects the following information:

Uploaded image data (photos of game software, etc.), email address (when registering an account), Google account information (display name, profile image, used for authentication), usage logs (access times, features used, error information, etc.), service settings (language preferences, etc.), payment-related information (your subscription plan and status are stored in our database for service delivery, but sensitive information such as credit card numbers is processed by Stripe and never stored by this service), account deletion feedback (reason selection and details).

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

[Image Data] Service provision (execution of AI authentication), generation of anonymized statistical data. Only when the user explicitly consents via the Settings page, images may be anonymized and used as training data to improve AI model accuracy. See Terms of Service Section 11 for details.

[Email Address] Account authentication and management, sending important service notifications (payment confirmation, plan changes, account deletion, etc.), responding to inquiries.

[Usage Logs] Stable service operation and incident response, detection and prevention of unauthorized use, analysis and improvement of service usage.

Collected information is retained for the following periods:

Image data: Stored while your account is active for viewing appraisal history. Completely deleted within 30 days after account deletion. However, images for which users have consented to training data usage, reviewed by the Operator and anonymized, may be retained after account deletion for the purpose of AI model accuracy improvement. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Account information: Until account deletion. Usage logs: Retained for as long as necessary for service operation.

Users can request data deletion from account settings. Complete deletion will be performed within 30 days of the request.

For the purpose of service improvement and AI model accuracy enhancement, anonymized statistical data (such as authentication results and confidence scores) may be retained after account deletion. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

This service does not disclose information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:

When required by law, when providing necessary information to payment processors for payment processing, when entrusting information to trusted external services within the scope necessary for service operation, sharing statistical data in a form that cannot identify individuals.

This service uses the following third-party services. Please also review their privacy policies: Supabase (authentication/database), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (access analysis), Cloudflare (security), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (web hosting), Render (API server hosting).

This service implements the following measures to protect collected information:

Protection of communications through SSL/TLS encryption, implementation of access control and authentication, regular security audits and vulnerability fixes.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% security of information transmission over the internet.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Operator will promptly notify affected users and report the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

Users have the following rights:

Request disclosure of collected personal information, request correction or deletion of personal information, request suspension of data use, withdrawal of AI training data consent (available at any time via the Settings page).

These requests can be made through account settings or by contacting the operator directly.

This service uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve the service and enhance user experience. By using the Service, you are deemed to have consented to the use of cookies.

Users can disable cookies through browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.
