Paid plans are billed via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Card details are not stored by the Service and are handled in Stripe's secure environment.
Prices are as displayed on the pricing page (including applicable taxes).
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month, and yearly plans on the same date each year.
[How to Verify Next Billing Date and Amount] Users can verify the next billing date and renewal amount at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Settings page) and the monthly payment confirmation email. Subscription cancellation can also be performed at any time through the same portal and Settings page.
The first charge is made upon subscription completion. By completing the first payment, you are deemed to have agreed to these payment terms.
[Spot Scans] Spot scans are one-time purchases separate from subscriptions. A fee is charged per scan, and refunds after purchase are generally not provided. Spot scan payments are also processed through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. After cancellation, billing will stop at the end of the current billing period.
You may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Due to the nature of digital content and online services, refunds are generally not provided.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases: when a significant service malfunction prevented use of the appraisal function, or when a system error such as double billing occurred.
