"Antisocial forces" as used in this policy refers to organized crime groups (boryokudan), their members, associate members, related enterprises, corporate racketeers (sokaiya), groups masquerading as social activists, specialized intellectual violence groups, and others similar thereto.

The operator of this Service refuses all transactions with antisocial forces and maintains sound business practices as a fundamental policy.

If any transaction with antisocial forces is identified, or if there is a risk of such a relationship forming, the operator will promptly sever such connections.

Appropriate measures, including legal action where necessary, will be taken to exclude involvement by antisocial forces.

If a user is found to belong to antisocial forces, the Service will be immediately suspended and the contract terminated. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

To prevent inappropriate relationships with antisocial forces, the operator maintains a response system and continuously ensures adherence to this policy.
